Hey friends! Welcome to Girls’ Night!

In today’s episode, I have two friends here with me and they both happen to be named Mackenzie! I’m chatting with Mackenzie Wilson and Mackenzie Baker, the founders of Delight Ministries! (This is actually their second time on the show, but I just love them so much, I knew we had to have them back!) Delight is a nationwide ministry that invites college women into Christ-centered community that fosters vulnerability and transforms stories. And they have two new ventures to go along with Delight — one is called, “For The Girl” and the other is called, “The Tent” — and we’ll talk more about those in this episode.

And speaking of this episode, I get messages all the time from women who are wanting to step into leadership. For some of them it’s within their church — they want to work in college ministry, or women’s ministry, or children’s ministry. Or for others, they feel like God has given them a heart for women and a story to share, and they’re trying to figure out what to do with that. I’ve found that so many of these women are asking the same questions. They’re wondering, What do I do next? How do I get started? Am I ready for leadership? Am I being called to leadership? How do I know?

So today, that’s what we’re talking about. If you’ve ever felt like you might want to work in ministry in some way, or become a leader of some kind, this episode is for you. And also, even if you haven't felt that urge, this episode is still for you. Mac and Kenz have so much wisdom to share about faith and life in general, I know you’re going to just love them.
