ABOUT THIS EPISODE

Hey friends! Welcome to Girls’ Night!

Friends, I’m so excited to be sharing another past Girls Night episode with you! Today we’re talking about what to do with all of our feelings.

I love this episode because if you’re anything like me, you experience a lot of emotions at any given moment, and you’re not always sure what to do with them.

Well, our guest for today is here to help us out. Our guest today is Elizabeth Laing Thompson. Elizabeth is the author of a book called, All the Feels: Discover Why Emotions Are (Mostly) Awesome and How to Untangle Them When They’re Not. She’s going to walk us through how we can understand our emotions, embrace our emotions, filter our emotions, control some of our emotions, and grow from all of them — the good, the bad, and all the ones in between.

One of my favorite things about this episode is that Elizabeth helps us figure out what kind of feeler we are — big feelers, steady feelers, or reluctant feelers — and even just identifying that in myself has been so helpful! I know it will be for you too!

I just love this episode!
