ABOUT THIS EPISODE

Hey friends! Welcome to Girls’ Night!

I’m so excited about today’s episode. Today we’re talking about how to prioritize what matters and let go of what doesn’t.

Our guest for today’s episode is Kendra Adachi, also known as, The Lazy Genius. Kendra’s motto is “be a genius about the things that matter and lazy about the things that don’t.” Essentially, she shows women that it’s not about doing more or less in order to live a meaningful life; it’s about doing what matters to you. This past summer she released her brand new book called, The Lazy Genius Way: Embrace What Matters, Ditch What Doesn't, and Get Stuff Done, and I cannot wait for you to hear all about it!

In the book, Kendra shares 13 principles to Lazy Genius anything. While I wish we could go through all 13 principles, because they're just that good, I picked out a few of my favorites so we could dig deeper into each one.

The principles range from…

How to “decide once” and what that actually means

How to set house rules

What it means to essentialize

How to schedule rest

And so much more!

I know you are going to LOVE our conversation. And after you listen, I want to hear what Lazy Genius Principle was your favorite. Mine is Lazy Genius Principle #12!
