Girls Night with Stephanie May Wilson - Guest Interview Agreement

(1) SCOPE OF WORK: The guest agrees to a recorded audio and video interview with Stephanie May Wilson. The guest also agrees to the publishing of the interview on 'Girls Night with Stephanie May Wilson' (which is shared on iTunes and on other Podcast listening apps), as well as Stephanie May Wilson's corresponding websites and social media channels. Girls Night with Stephanie May Wilson owns the property of each episode, including your recorded interview with Stephanie May Wilson. The host may distribute the episode on multiple media forms, including educational and marketing, or selling resources.

(2) MATERIALS & INFORMATION: The guest will provide all necessary materials and information to include: website address, social media handles, biography, and headshot. The guest is responsible for furnishing accurate, truthful, and complete information necessary for host and team to complete the production of the episode. By submitting your headshot, you authorize Stephanie May Wilson and Girls Night with Stephanie May Wilson to use your likeness to promote the episode.

(3) ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: Guest agrees that the accuracy of information supplied to the host is the sole responsibility of Guest and that Stephanie May Wilson and Girls Night with Stephanie May Wilson is not responsible and shall not be held liable for the results of inaccurate, incomplete or untruthful information furnished by Guest.

(4) INDEMNIFICATION / RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Guest shall indemnify, defend and save the host harmless from any and all suits, costs, damages, or proceedings, pertaining to any and all litigation in which the guest is a party. The guest shall further indemnify and hold harmless the host and its agents, officers and directors from liability for any and all claims, costs, suits and damages, including attorneys' fees arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the operation of guest, and from liability for injuries suffered by any person relating to the guest. This agreement to indemnify the host is not limited to any acts or omissions, statements or representations made by the host in the performance and/or nonperformance of the host's duties hereunder and relating to all contractual liabilities, which may be alleged or imposed against the host. In the absence of negligence, however, the host will not be held liable for loss, destruction or damage of any kind resulting from items which are lost or delayed in transit, whether such transit is electronic, fax, mail or otherwise, not for unauthorized use by others of such property. The host will not be held liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, business interruptions, loss of information, plagiarism, etc. The host will not be held liable for typographical omissions or errors.

TERM / TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this agreement upon 14 days written notice to the other party. Provided, however, that each party may terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice in the event of a breach of this agreement by the other party.
